With this package we give you peace of mind that your property is being looked after even when you are not here. The service includes monthly checks, airing out the property, checking electrics, checking water, and general maintenance and small repairs.

Building work, renovations, and decorating.

We work with a team of experienced builders and tradesmen with many years working in the industry and in the area.

If you’d like to update your bathrooms or kitchens or give your property a new lease of life with a full paint job, we can organise everything.

From planters on your terrace, replacing wall and floor tiles to full renovation projects we have the right team to get the job done.

We provide a free quote and are with you every step of the way throughout the project.

For hire:

We have certain items for hire to make your stay or your guests stay easier.

Travel cot: €5 per night                                

Fold up bed: €7 per night

Highchair: €3 per night                                 

Childs car seat: €10 per day

Beach pack (2 x chairs, cooler box, sunshade, wind break):  €15 per day
