Property management
At Canela Services we understand the importance of ensuring that your property is well taken care of, and we’ll give you peace of mind that your property is being looked after, even when you are not here.
We have a proactive approach to property management and maintenance, including monthly checks, ventilation of the property, checking electrics and water, as well as undertaking general maintenance and minor repairs.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and great communication, so you can rest assured that your property is in capable hands.
For hire
From our office on Isla Canela beach, we provide a range of rental items to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. They include: bicycles, beach packs, cots, highchairs and car seats.
Travel cot: €5 per night
Fold up bed: €7 per night
Highchair: €3 per night
Childs car seat: €10 per day
Beach pack (2 x chairs, cooler box, sunshade, wind break): €15 per day
Bicycle hire
Please feel free to enquire about these, or any other items, that you would like to be able to access during your stay and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Building work, renovations, and decorating.
We have a team of experienced builders and tradesmen with many years working in the industry and in Isla Canela & Ayamonte.
If you’d like to update your bathrooms or kitchens or give your property a new lease of life with a full paint job, we can organise everything.
From planters on your terrace, replacing wall and floor tiles to full renovation projects we have the right team to get the job done.
We provide a free quote and are with you every step of the way throughout the project.
